Select one design and one size; the same selection applies to all included items.
Delivery & returns
Delivery
- Standard Delivery: PKR 250 nationwide.
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–6 working days.
- Both Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment are available for standard delivery.
- Express Delivery: PKR 700 nationwide.
- Express delivery usually takes 1–3 working days.
- Express orders must be paid through an online payment method before dispatch.
- Online payment options include bank transfer and JazzCash.
- Same-day delivery is available only within Karachi, subject to confirmation and service availability.
- Delivery timelines begin after the order has been confirmed.
- Sundays, public holidays and unexpected courier delays are not counted as working days.
Returns & Exchanges
- Please check the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted for damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered items.
- A clear unboxing video is required to report a damaged, defective or incorrect product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging.
- Items damaged after use, washing or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by ZB.
- Contact our customer-support team through WhatsApp for return or exchange assistance.
