Where to Buy Preemie Clothes in Pakistan
You can browse ZB’s preemie and NICU clothing collection when shopping for smaller baby clothes in Pakistan. Before ordering, check the exact size and design, confirm whether clothing is needed now, and read the delivery and exchange terms. A label saying “preemie” does not by itself establish fit or suitability for hospital use.
About this guide: ZB sells the clothing examples below. This is a buying checklist from our own shop, not an independent ranking of retailers or a claim that ZB has the largest range.

Start with the size, not the product name
Use current weight and total body length with the ZB Baby Size Guide. The chart contains several smaller-size names; a particular product may offer only some of them. A collection heading is not a promise that every design is available in every size.
For example, the current Preemie / NICU 2 Piece Set lists Prem 1 / LBW 1, Prem 2 / LBW 2 and Early Baby. It does not list Micro Preemie or Preemie / LBW options. Ask ZB about the actual garment and stock if your required size is absent; do not substitute a larger option just to complete the order.

Check the selected gallery alongside the text. “Two-piece” tells you the number of garments; it does not specify sleeve length, opening or bottom length. Our NICU clothing-features guide gives questions to take to the care team before a hospital purchase.
Check delivery within Pakistan
ZB’s shipping policy states that delivery is available across Pakistan subject to courier serviceability. It currently estimates 3–4 working days after confirmation for online-paid orders and 5–7 working days after verification for Cash on Delivery. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates; confirm urgent needs and your area before payment. Charges are shown at checkout or communicated before order confirmation.
For an overseas reader or a gift ordered from abroad, confirm delivery arrangements with ZB first. This guide does not promise worldwide shipping. Provide the recipient’s full address and a reachable telephone number, and retain the order confirmation.
Understand the exchange conditions
Read the live Return, Refund & Exchange Policy. It excludes an incorrect size selected by the customer and asks for eligible claims within three working days, with the required evidence including an unboxing video. Confirm the size and inspect the received order before washing. If terms shown in different places disagree, ask ZB to clarify before ordering.

- Write down the requested size and garment features.
- Check the selected design’s measurements, opening, contents and care label.
- Confirm current stock, delivery area and timing.
- Save the order details and read the claim conditions.
