This Legal Notice applies to the website www.thezahrabatool.com and all products, content, communication, and transactions related to ZB — The Zahra Batool.

By using our website, placing an order, or communicating with ZB, the customer agrees to this Legal Notice along with our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Shipping Policy, and Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.

1. Brand Information

ZB — The Zahra Batool is an online baby clothing brand based in Pakistan. We create and sell clothing for premature babies, low birth weight babies, early babies, and newborn babies.

Unless officially announced by ZB, we operate as an online store only. Customers should place orders only through our official website or approved sales channels.

ZB will not be responsible for purchases, payments, claims, or disputes arising from fake pages, unofficial sellers, copied websites, unauthorized resellers, or third parties pretending to represent ZB.

2. Product Information

ZB makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, sizes, prices, images, colors, and other details are accurate.

However, slight variations may occur due to screen display settings, lighting, photography, fabric batches, stitching, print placement, measurement methods, or production differences.

Minor differences in color, print placement, stitching, finishing, or fabric feel shall not be considered a defect unless the issue is clearly significant and verified by ZB.

3. Size and Fit

Choose using current baby weight and body length, product details and the size guide. Confirm each article’s size before dispatch. A customer-selected wrong size is not a product defect, but may qualify for one verified size exchange at the customer’s return and replacement delivery cost. Incorrect goods or sizes supplied by ZB and verified ZB sizing-advice errors are handled separately under the Return, Refund & Size Exchange Policy.

4. Baby Safety & Product Use Disclaimer

At ZB, we create baby clothing with care, softness, and thoughtful design. However, baby safety depends on many factors, including medical condition, age, temperature, sleep environment, supervision, and proper product use.

ZB products are clothing items only. They are not:

• Medical devices
• Safe sleep products
• Anti-SIDS products
• Breathing support products
• Temperature-regulating medical products
• Hospital equipment
• Sterile garments
• Allergy-free certified products
• Fire-resistant sleepwear unless specifically stated and certified

ZB does not claim that its clothing prevents suffocation, overheating, SIDS, breathing issues, skin reactions, or any medical or sleep-related risk.

If your baby is premature, medically fragile, in NICU, recently discharged, or using tubes, lines, monitors, oxygen, or any medical support, always consult your doctor, nurse, or healthcare provider before using any clothing.

Hospital and medical guidance should always be followed first.

5. Sleep Safety & Supervision

Parents and caregivers are responsible for using all baby clothing safely and appropriately.

Do not use any clothing, cap, mitten, accessory, or covering in a way that may create overheating, choking, entanglement, suffocation, tightness, or breathing risk.

Parents and caregivers should regularly check:

• Baby’s comfort
• Body temperature
• Breathing comfort
• Neck, arms, legs, and diaper area fit
• Skin redness or irritation
• Loose threads, buttons, tags, or any possible hazard

ZB is not responsible for any issue caused by improper use, lack of supervision, unsafe sleep practices, incorrect sizing, customer handling, or use against medical advice.

6. Washing & Product Care

We recommend washing new garments before first use with mild baby-friendly detergent.

Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, strong fragrances, and fabric softeners.

Customers are responsible for washing, drying, storing, and using products appropriately. ZB will not be responsible for damage, shrinkage, color change, irritation, or quality issues caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, storage, or handling.

7. Stop Use If Concern Occurs

Stop using the product immediately if you notice:

• Rash
• Redness
• Itching
• Breathing discomfort
• Overheating
• Tightness
• Any unusual reaction
• Any product damage

Consult a pediatrician or qualified healthcare professional if needed.

8. No Medical Advice

Any information provided by ZB through our website, packaging, social media, messages, blogs, or customer support is for general informational purposes only.

ZB does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical recommendations.

Customers should consult a qualified doctor, pediatrician, neonatologist, nurse, or healthcare professional for medical concerns related to premature babies, low birth weight babies, newborn care, allergies, skin sensitivity, sleep safety, temperature control, or any health condition.

9. Pricing, Availability and Orders

Prices and offers may change for future orders. We verify availability, payment where required, delivery details and the customer’s final confirmation before processing. ZB does not substitute products or change an agreed price without consent. If we cancel or cannot supply an order, verified payment is refunded under the Return, Refund & Size Exchange Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, product images, designs, website content, written material, graphics, packaging concepts, product descriptions, social media content, and other creative assets related to ZB are the property of ZB — The Zahra Batool or are used with permission.

No person, business, competitor, seller, influencer, affiliate, or third party may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, use, resell, imitate, or commercially exploit ZB’s content, product images, brand identity, designs, or written material without prior written permission from ZB.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Third-Party Services

We use service providers such as payment processors and couriers. We investigate payment or delivery issues with the relevant provider and keep the customer informed. A provider’s involvement does not remove ZB’s obligations for verified non-delivery, ZB errors or mandatory remedies.

12. Responsibility and Mandatory Rights

Product descriptions and safe-use guidance do not create a medical guarantee. Damage established to result from misuse, incorrect care or normal wear is not a ZB product defect. Any exclusions in this notice apply only where lawful. Nothing in this notice or another ZB policy excludes liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded, imposes a product-price cap on such liability, or removes access to competent consumer authorities or courts. Genuine hidden defects are reviewed on evidence even where discovered after correct care.

13. Policy Updates

This version is effective from 18 October 2026 for future orders. Orders placed earlier retain the terms applicable at purchase. The current Return, Refund & Size Exchange Policy and Shipping Policy govern their respective subjects.

14. Governing Law

This Legal Notice and all transactions with ZB shall be governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute or claim shall first be addressed through mutual communication with ZB. If unresolved, it may be handled according to applicable legal procedures in Pakistan.
