How do the commission tiers work?

Approved affiliates start at 5%. The 8% rate is unlocked after 20 confirmed qualifying sales and review. The 12% rate is invitation-only for consistently high-performing, compliant partners. New rates apply after written confirmation and are not backdated.

What does my audience receive?

Your assigned affiliate code gives customers 5% off eligible ZB products. The code cannot be combined with other product, order or shipping discounts.

How are referrals tracked?

Tracking lasts 30 days from the last valid affiliate click. A sale can also be attributed when the customer uses your assigned code at checkout.

Which sales qualify for commission?

A genuine order must be successfully delivered, paid to and verified by ZB, and remain valid after the return or exchange window. Cancelled, rejected, returned, refunded, unpaid, fraudulent, test, return-to-origin and self-referred orders do not qualify.

When and how will I be paid?

Eligible mature balances of at least PKR 2,000 are reviewed on the 1st and 16th. Approved methods are verified bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa. Smaller balances roll forward.

What promotion is not allowed?

Self-referrals, fake orders, coupon-site publishing, spam, misleading discounts, medical or safety claims, impersonating ZB, and paid advertising or bidding on ZB brand terms without written approval are prohibited.
