ZB was born from a real parent journey and a simple belief: tiny babies deserve clothing that fits them gently, respects their delicate needs, and gives parents more comfort during an already emotional stage of life.

By visiting our website, browsing our products, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

ZB — The Zahra Batool operates this website to sell baby clothing and related products in Pakistan.

We reserve the right to update, change, suspend, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version published on our website will apply to all future orders.

By continuing to use our website after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms & Conditions.

2. Our Products & Brand Purpose

ZB designs and sells clothing for premature, low birth weight, early baby, and newborn babies. Our products may include full body suits, half body suits, rompers, shirts, diaper covers, socks, mittens, caps, and other baby clothing or accessories.

Our focus is on:

  • Soft and gentle fabrics
  • Better fit for tiny babies
  • Parent-friendly dressing
  • Thoughtful design for delicate babies
  • Clothing options for premature and low birth weight babies, where standard newborn sizes may not fit properly

ZB products are clothing items only. They are not medical devices, treatment products, hospital equipment, or substitutes for professional medical advice.

3. Medical & NICU Disclaimer

ZB clothing is designed with care for delicate babies, but it is not a medical product.

If your baby is premature, admitted in NICU, has feeding tubes, IV lines, PICC lines, oxygen support, skin sensitivity, allergies, wounds, or any medical condition, you must follow the advice of your doctor, nurse, hospital, or healthcare professional before using any clothing.

ZB does not claim that its products treat, prevent, cure, or manage any medical condition.

4. Safe Sleep & Baby Safety Disclaimer

ZB products are not certified or marketed as safe sleep products, sleep safety devices, anti-SIDS products, breathing support products, temperature-regulating medical garments, or suffocation-prevention products.

Our clothing should not be considered a replacement for safe sleep practices recommended by doctors, hospitals, or child safety authorities.

Parents and caregivers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The baby is dressed appropriately for the weather and room temperature
  • The baby does not overheat
  • Clothing is not too tight or restrictive
  • Loose items are not used in a way that may create risk
  • Caps, mittens, socks, or accessories are used with proper supervision
  • Any clothing used during sleep is suitable according to the baby’s age, condition, and medical advice
  • Safe sleep guidance from healthcare professionals is followed at all times

ZB is not responsible for any harm caused by improper use, unsafe sleep practices, overheating, suffocation hazards, loose bedding, incorrect sizing, or failure to follow professional medical advice.

5. Product Information & Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, sizes, descriptions, prices, and availability accurately.

However, slight variations may occur due to:

  • Lighting during photography
  • Screen/display settings
  • Fabric batches
  • Print placement
  • Stitching tolerance
  • Manual measurement differences
  • Production variations

Minor variations in shade, print position, fabric feel, or measurement are not considered defects unless they materially affect the use or quality of the product.

6. Size Selection

ZB provides size guidance to help parents choose a suitable size. However, premature and low birth weight babies grow differently, and sizing can vary from baby to baby.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

If you are unsure about size, you may contact us before ordering. Our team can guide you based on available information such as baby weight, current age, and current clothing fit.

Size issues due to incorrect customer selection, baby growth, or fit preference are not considered product defects.

7. Fabric, Skin Sensitivity & Allergy Disclaimer

ZB uses soft fabrics selected with babies in mind. However, every baby’s skin and health condition is different.

ZB is not responsible for rashes, allergies, irritation, discomfort, redness, itching, or any skin reaction caused by:

  • Individual skin sensitivity
  • Existing medical conditions
  • Detergents or fabric softeners
  • Environmental factors
  • Heat or sweating
  • Improper washing
  • Prolonged use
  • Any factor outside our control

Parents and caregivers are advised to:

  • Wash new garments before first use
  • Use mild baby-friendly detergent
  • Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, strong perfumes, and fabric softeners
  • Stop using the garment immediately if irritation appears
  • Consult a pediatrician if any concern occurs

8. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees.

Available payment methods may include:

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Bank Transfer
  • Online payment methods shown at checkout
  • Any other method introduced by ZB in the future

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment confirmation or COD verification.

ZB reserves the right to change prices, discounts, delivery charges, product bundles, and availability without prior notice.

If a pricing, stock, or technical error occurs on the website, ZB reserves the right to cancel or revise the order after informing the customer.

9. Cash on Delivery Verification

For COD orders, ZB may contact customers through phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to verify the order.

If the customer does not respond, provides incomplete details, gives an incorrect address, or fails verification, ZB may hold or cancel the order.

Repeated fake orders, suspicious orders, or refusal to receive confirmed COD parcels may result in future COD restrictions.

10. Order Processing

Orders are processed after confirmation.

Online paid orders are usually delivered within 3–4 working days after confirmation, depending on courier serviceability and location.

Cash on Delivery orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days after successful verification, depending on courier serviceability and location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather, strikes, road conditions, incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

11. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before the order is packed or dispatched.

Once the order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier, cancellation may not be possible.

ZB reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspicious order activity, incomplete customer information, failed verification, courier restrictions, or operational reasons.

12. Product Care

Customers must follow care instructions provided with the product or on the website.

ZB is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Harsh washing
  • Bleach
  • Hot water
  • Strong detergent
  • Fabric softener
  • Rough handling
  • Machine drying where not recommended
  • Ironing directly on prints
  • Mixing with dark colors
  • Improper storage
  • Normal wear and tear

13. Intellectual Property

All ZB brand names, logos, product designs, prints, images, videos, website content, packaging designs, written content, and creative material belong to ZB — The Zahra Batool unless otherwise stated.

No person, brand, store, reseller, or business may copy, reproduce, resell, modify, distribute, or commercially use ZB content or designs without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, ZB will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
  • Courier delays or failed deliveries
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Product misuse
  • Improper washing or handling
  • Skin reactions, allergies, or medical issues
  • Unsafe sleep practices
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Website downtime or third-party technical issues
  • Losses caused by payment providers, courier companies, or third-party platforms

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute shall first be handled through mutual discussion and customer support. If unresolved, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
