1. Accepted Payment Methods

ZB may accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery
• Bank Transfer
• Online payment methods available at checkout
• Any other payment method introduced in the future

Available payment options may change without prior notice.

 

2. Online Paid Orders

Online paid orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timeline for online paid orders is usually 3–4 working days after confirmation, depending on courier serviceability and location.

 

3. Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery orders require verification before dispatch.

Estimated delivery timeline for COD orders is usually 5–7 working days after successful verification, depending on courier serviceability and location.

 

4. Payment Verification

For bank transfer or manual payment methods, customers may be required to share payment proof through WhatsApp, email, or another official communication channel.

Orders may remain on hold until payment is verified.

 

5. Failed or Suspicious Payments

If a payment fails, appears suspicious, is reversed, or cannot be verified, ZB may hold or cancel the order.

 

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds may be processed through bank transfer, original payment method, store credit, or any other suitable method decided by ZB.

Refunds, where applicable, may take up to 7 working days after final approval.
