Welcome to ZB (Zahra Batool) — a brand devoted to creating safe, soft, and thoughtfully designed clothing for premature and newborn babies.
By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
ZB (Zahra Batool) operates this website to provide products and services within Pakistan.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any section of these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
2. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to display product images, colors, and descriptions accurately. However, minor differences in tone or texture may occur due to lighting, photography, or fabric dye variations. Such differences are not considered product defects.
3. Material & Medical Disclaimer
Our garments are made with soft, baby-safe fabrics, chosen to minimize irritation for delicate newborn skin.
However, every baby’s skin and health condition is unique.
ZB shall not be held responsible for any allergic reaction, rash, or skin sensitivity that may arise due to individual medical conditions, allergies, or reactions to detergents, environmental factors, or other causes beyond our control.
Parents and caregivers are encouraged to:
Wash all new garments before first use using mild baby detergents.
Discontinue use immediately if any irritation occurs and consult a pediatrician.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
Payment modes: Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer.
Orders are confirmed after successful payment authorization or COD verification.
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after confirmation.
A tracking ID will be provided via SMS or email once dispatched.
6. Intellectual Property
All product designs, photos, and brand content are the exclusive property of ZB (Zahra Batool). Any reproduction or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
ZB is not liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses from courier delays or product misuse.
Allergic or medical reactions arising from product use (as stated above).
Any damage caused by improper washing or handling of garments.
8. Governing Law
All purchases and disputes are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with exclusive jurisdiction in Karachi.

ZB – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At ZB, we’re committed to delivering premium quality and safety. However, due to the sensitive nature of baby apparel, strict hygiene policies apply.
1. Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
The item is defective or incorrect.
The customer provides a continuous unboxing video from seal opening as proof.
For hygiene and baby health safety, no returns or exchanges are accepted without video proof.
2. Process
1. Record a clear unboxing video from parcel seal to product inspection.
2. Contact ZB within 24 hours of receiving your order via WhatsApp or email.
3. Share your order number, unboxing video, and issue details.
4. Once verified, we’ll arrange pickup or guide you for return shipment.
3. Resolution
Replacement: dispatched within 5 working days after inspection.
Refunds (if applicable): processed via bank transfer within 7 working days after approval.
If the issue originates from ZB, we cover the return shipping cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Used, washed, or damaged items.
Garments without unboxing video proof.
Clearance/sale items.
Items returned due to personal sensitivities, allergies, or fit preferences — since these are not manufacturing defects.
5. Medical & Allergy Notice
All ZB garments are made from soft, baby-friendly fabrics. However, ZB is not responsible for skin allergies, rashes, or sensitivities arising from individual baby conditions or external detergents.
Parents are advised to test new clothing gently and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

ZB – Internal SOP for Order Fulfillment (Confidential)
Objective: To maintain the highest standards of hygiene, quality, and customer trust.
1. Order Verification
Confirm all order details on Shopify (item, size, color, customer info).
Verify payment mode and customer address accuracy.
2. Inventory & Quality Check
Inspect stitching, fabric softness, labeling, and packaging hygiene.
Wipe down packing area with baby-safe disinfectant before use.
Apply “QC Passed” tag once the garment meets standards.
3. Medical Safety Compliance
Only pre-washed and lint-free garments may be packed.
No use of perfumes, sanitizers with strong scents, or cosmetics in packing area.
All packers must wear gloves and masks during handling.
If any garment shows discoloration, lint, or odor — reject immediately.
4. Packing
Place item in a ZB-branded transparent pouch, add care card + invoice.
Seal outer courier bag with tamper-evident tape.
Affix label and confirm details before dispatch.
5. Customer Notification & Tracking
Update Shopify with tracking info.
Send standard dispatch message via email/SMS.
6. Complaint Handling
Record all customer complaints in the Claim Register.
If issue involves skin reaction, document with photos/video for audit — but remind customer that ZB is not liable for medical reactions or sensitivities (reference policy clause).
7. Continuous Improvement
Weekly audits of QC, packaging hygiene, and customer feedback.
Review supplier fabric certifications quarterly.
