Designed for premature, preemie and low-birth-weight babies, the ZB Preemie / NICU Sleeveless Bodysuit combines a lightweight sleeveless design with tiny-baby sizing, soft 100% cotton and easy-access Velcro closures.
Unlike standard newborn clothing, this bodysuit is available in dedicated ZB sizes from Micro Preemie through Early Baby, helping parents choose a fit based on their baby's current weight and body length rather than age alone.
The sleeveless construction keeps coverage light for warm weather and indoor environments, while the soft cotton fabric allows comfortable everyday movement. For tiny babies, weight and body length provide a more useful starting point for fit than age alone.
ZB size guide:
Micro Preemie — 0.5–1.1 kg | 23–30 cm
Preemie — 1.1–1.8 kg | 30–38 cm
Prem 1 — 1.8–2.3 kg | 38–44 cm
Prem 2 — 2.3–2.6 kg | 44–48 cm
Early Baby — 2.6–3.2 kg | 48–52 cm

Delivery & returns
Delivery after customer confirmation
- Standard: 3–6 working days.
- Express: 1–3 working days.
- These estimates include processing and transit for prepaid and COD orders. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays in Pakistan; the next working day after confirmation is day one.
Returns, refunds and size exchanges
- Refunds are for verified ZB errors, with clear proof and inspection where needed. No change-of-mind refund is offered.
- One same-article size exchange may be approved if the customer selected incorrectly, subject to stock. The customer pays return and replacement delivery charges.
- Request ordinary claims or size exchanges within 3 working days after delivery.
- Keep items unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags attached. Provide photos/video and order details.
